On average, most requests are completed in just three days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer. Frank Funky reserves up to 5 business days for delivery.

All files will be delivered through a DISCO link where you will be able to preview the files and initiate the download. The link is only available for the receiver and is not public. A DISCO account is not required in order to preview and download the files.

All audio files are delivered in 24bit / 48kHz WAV professionally mixed and mastered to industry standard levels.

Projects that primarily focuses on scoring to picture (sound design and musical composition):

The setup highly depends on the deliverable. For example an orchestral / electronic piece would combine percussions on one file, orchestral instruments on a separate file, sound design elements on a third etc to a maximum total of 8 files.

Subscribe and you will quickly get access to your very own Trello board. This process usually takes about a couple of hours to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you're ready to rock. Further instructions on how to use the Trello board to request audio assets can be found on the board itself.

The most common ways of obtaining music and sound design assets to visual or audio media is either by hiring a composer for the project at a fixed rate or by subscribing to a larger music library.

In the case of hiring a composer for a fixed rate, the deliverable is always custom made for the client.

When using a music library the client gets the possibility to browse the catalogue of premade sounds and use the assets based on what the chosen subscription allows.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

Larger requests are broken down on Frank Funky's end. This applies to orchestral compositions, music for trailers, scoring to video longer than 30 seconds etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 48 hours until the entire request is done.

Most requests are composed and designed using Cubase or Logic Pro X.

Frank Funky offers a ton of flexibility in how you request audio using Trello. Some common ways clients request briefs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or recording a short video. Many also prefer to complement their briefs with links to audio tracks for reference. Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

Frank Funky owns the rights to all assets and deliverables.

No. Clients are allowed to use the delivered audio assets in any form and media.

Absolutely. Frank Funky does not cover the following audio work: Voice overs, vocal recordings, live instrumentation and rock music.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. However, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
